Balancing fan on site

Bakker Repair + Services analyzed the vibrations of a fan and balanced it on site at a plantation.

The customer, a plantation, relies on the fan to removes the smoke gasses of the greenhouse heating system. The customer noticed that the installation was vibrating heavily and called in the help of Bakker Repair + Services.

 

The Service Engineer from Bakker Repair + Services performed a vibration analysis on the fan and discovered unbalance in the fanblades. Our Service Engineer balanced the fan on site on that same day. The vibrations were reduced to the applicable tolerance levels.

 

By analyzing and balancing the fan on site, we were able to solve the problems within one day. Moreover the downtime was limited to a minimum because the installation did not have to be transported to our workshop.
